Pocket-full of Possibilities
You understand the importance of positive self-talk, yet
those around you are focusing on what is wrong, what they
don’t want and what they can’t have, do or be. Sometimes
you find yourself stuck on the same treadmill of negativity,
and can’t find your way out. We are really good at finding all
the evidence to keep us stuck in those negative patterns.
But how do you support yourself, and those you care about,
in opening up to real possibilities and potential - in every
area of life?
This is not about “happy talk” or pretending everything is all
right and lying to yourself and others. This is about focusing
your mind on what you want to create in your life.
This 2.5 hour seminar, with follow-up 30 minute teleseminar
will support you with specific learning strategies and
exercises. Learn easy, pragmatic and instantly effective
methods of opening your mind to positive possibilities though
a technique called Belief Re-patterning™. One of the tools
used in Belief Re-patterning™, kinesthetic testing, will be used
throughout the evening.
The developer of the Belief Re-patterning™ technique, Suze
Casey, will be demonstrating and teaching specific strategies
you can implement immediately in this practical, hands-on
evening examining the positive potential in all areas of your
life.

Childhood Obesity
Is there actually an epidemic? What can we do
differently to approach weight issues in children?
Strategies need to include family lifestyles including
healthy eating, increased activity, self esteem issues
and addressing 'why' children eat when they are not
hungry. Focusing only on 'what' children are eating
has not been effective for the most part.
Let's address the issue as a team and consider a
variety of factors.

Emotional Eating
Emotional eating may result in unwanted weight gain for many
individuals. Food may be used as a coping strategy when we
are feeling overwhelmed or hopeless. Rather than “feel”, we may eat to take our mind off of the uncomfortable
emotion. Eating (that is not related to actual hunger) may happen in the
evening when we are bored and this may become habitual. The food then takes on a powerful role and can make us feel
guilty, angry and ashamed.
This class will help you to learn how you can identify what
you are doing and determine alternatives.

Connections for Committed Couples
If you are a committed couple—married, common-law, or
engaged—you desire a strong and healthy relationship.
However, chances are you have run into a few relational
challenges. While it’s completely normal to have challenges,
how you and your partner deal with them can either make or
break your relationship. Connections for Committed Couples
guides you and your partner through key principles that improve
communication, help resolve conflict, and break

Wellness - Healthy Mind, Healthy Body
Explore the mind-body connection by becoming conscious of
those “unconscious” choices that manifest illness. We can let
go of the negative energy and clear the blocks in the body.
Rather than addressing the symptoms, we look at the
emotional component and make choices that support your
mind, body and soul, and allow your body to move into
creating wellness.
You will learn to “talk” and more importantly to listen to the
messages from your body through muscle testing to
determine what is really going on for you. Alternative, natural
and simple methods of supporting your body in its healing
process will be presented.
Having body, mind and soul work together to create wellness
in your life is the secret to good health and happiness.
This 2.5 hour seminar, with follow-up 30-minute teleseminar,
will support you with specific learning strategies and
exercises. Learn easy, pragmatic and instantly effective
methods of reducing and relieving physical pain through a
technique called Belief Re-patterning™.

Casey, will be demonstrating and teaching specific strategies
you can incorporate into your life.
